2014 Trip to NC

Ha no pics of me at all

So my family and I went down south to visit some old friends of my mom. I couldn’t leave bobo home all alone so he came with us. (You should have seen him smile when I placed him in the bag. )

Day 1 Life in a trunk.

Day 2: While mom played, Sam and I changed plans half way to the beach and went to a zoo to see a giraffe. We spent too long there and ended up a half hr late to pick up mom and take her to the aquarium. While we were there we met a lot of cool fish. Inside the building there was a huge frog which I wanted to see if he would turn into prince charming. He didn’t however, though Sam did get a memorial picture of this. Bobo wasn’t happy and decided the frog needed to be slain. (My hero.) Bobo also tried to wrestle a shark but thankfully I grabbed him in time.

Finding our hotel sucked after that because when we got to VA Beach all of the hotels were filled up. We ended driving past our original destination and finding (thank god) a hotel at 11pm on the side of the high way that wasn’t filled. We got in and crashed. (Personally I don’t remember bobo having enough energy to brush his teeth.) 

Day 3 was our way home. Instead of turning around and going to VA Beach we decided to go to Ocean City. (Terrible idea, but I won’t bother you with those stories) We finally found parking and spent an hour at the beach (all the time we had so we could make it home in time.)

That night we got home and crashed on our very comfortable bed.

The end….. (Not much of an explanation but why should I care.)
